News - There are ... entries. The going is good. The Forecast is good for Saturday and the Harborough Race Club Point to Point. Course watering has been in progress to maintain good going.

Dingley is regarded as one of the countrys premier Point to Point courses by both riders and punters. The whole course can be viewed from your car with all the racing taking place in the natural amphetheatre at Dingley. The parade ring and winners enclosure is at the top of the hill over looking the whole racecourse.

The course is mainatined to the highest standards, it is well drained and now has watering points at each end so maintaining good going is much easier. All eight hurdles are birch and maintained to the highest standards. This ensures that there are always good entries and great racing at Dingley. The course has two starts 3 mile 2 furlong and 2.5 mile with the finishing post straight in front of the car park. For the 2009 season the grass cover is good and even, The course is level and the going is good. We will water the course as necessary to get as close to good going as possible.

There is ample room to stand close to the horses and hurdles at track side.

Liscenced bar, Bookies, Tote, Trade stands and food are all available by the parade ring. We usually have a fun fair with bouncy castle for children situated by the race track. Public conveniences are available at the top and bottom of the hill.

For good racing and a great family day out there is little to beat Dingley Races.
