We are racing today Course inspection at 9.30am, going good to soft. Despit the snow showers we had a great days racing at Dingley racecourse. An Easter Flutter Parade of The Pipewell Foot Beagles in the sun Great field and close racing at Dingley Racecourse by Market Harborough on the A427. High quality entries are in for the races and the going should be good as the course has wintered well with the new drainage, so we expect spectacular racing on Easter Saturday. There will also be a helicopter on the ground for people to view. Parade of hounds. Prior to the first race there will be a parade of the Woodland Pytchley Hounds and the Pipewell Foot Beagles. Everyone is welcome, children and adults, to come into the parade ring to meet the Hounds and Beagles. Foot race. Sadly abandoned this year due to withdrawals and potential soggy going. Please leave plenty of time to get to Dingley on Easter Saturday because a large crowd is expected and there could be delays in getting into the course if everyone arrives at the same time. You will also get a better vantage point for parking your car and watching the races if you arrive early, not to mention time to have a really hearty picnic lunch.
